This is a template designed to assist students in evaluating the development of their soft skills while on the work placement. It is to be completed by students after completing their work placement. The aim of this resource is to provide students with the opportunity to evaluate their soft skills development while on their work placement. When students return from their work experience / work placements they are invited to reflect on the overall experience and identify how their soft skills have improved / developed from the beginning of the placement through to completion of the placement.
