Self- assessment and external assessment of practical work in the hosting company. This document is to be used by the student as well as the supervisor in the company to assess the application of previous theoretical  knowledge, the quality of work in the company, working process, endurance, punctuality, behaviour (towards colleagues), special skills and abilities which were employed during placement. It concludes with a short question on whether the students would be employable from the company perspective. Teacher will use this evaluation as a basis for a) there preparation for visiting the student at the work place and b) to discuss the performance and/or any improvements during the placement. Students may use this to document their achievements and compare with companies perspective.
